This letter to the editor from imprisoned Black Panther Party member, George Edwards, explores the meanings of the slogan "All Power to the People," which was popularized by the Black Panther Party. Edwards was a member of the Panthers in New Haven and imprisoned as a part of a group of nine Panthers convicted of killing Alex Rackley, a 19 year old member of the group suspected of being an informant.
